Description
Background
Camber is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to create and sustain inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces in the Outdoor Recreation Economy. We support and equip 200+ companies and nonprofit organizations in the $669 Billion Outdoor Recreation Economy (the active-outdoors industries) in building organizational systems, practices, and policies to support inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces. In an industry that is 81% white, many Camber Partners lack the critical mass of diverse employees to reflect and respond to the needs and preferences of an increasingly diverse consumer base of outdoor enthusiasts.
